Sometimes I'm a little disappointed at myself

For all the things that I’ve done, even though I know I shouldn’t. The guilts. The discomfort, yet pleasure, that it temporarily brings upon my conscious mind and my exhausted body. While it’s the nature of human to either forgive or forget, I’m still very hesitant to do so. Maybe the occasional “whatever” will fix it for now. But the feeling of disappointment lingers on.
